My factor to need a consider in creating an ICT project is Needs of final users, Technical constraints, Financial constraints, Human resources, Technical support, Training, Standardization, and Sustainability.My lack of knowledge about ICT and lack of gadgets to use. A content that will encourage everyone that was feeling down on their self and life. I will rate it base on my performance in every project that I created which will range from 0-10. I will rate my self 10. Because I have a confidence in myself where every activity I am gaining more knowledge and skills about ICT.
